2. Resolution to amend Section 11.03 of the Health Code to update the reportable disease/condition list by adding several new diseases as electronically reportable by laboratories, and removing one disease from the reportable list; the Department will also require electronic laboratory reporting of antibiotic susceptibility profiles for reportable bacterial infections.
