BOARD OF HEALTH TO MEET ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 22, 2008

NEW YORK CITYJanuary 18, 2008 – Notice is hereby given that the Board of Health will hold a meeting on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 125 Worth Street, Third Floor Boardroom, in lower Manhattan.

NEW YORK CITY HEALTH CODE
  1. Resolution to amend Section 11.03 of the Health Code to update the reportable disease/condition list by adding several new diseases as electronically reportable by laboratories, and removing one disease from the reportable list; the Department will also require electronic laboratory reporting of antibiotic susceptibility profiles for reportable bacterial infections. Notice was published in the City Record on October 26, 2007. A public hearing was held on November 28, 2007.
