NEW YORK CITY – May 11, 2007 – New Yorkers should call 311 now to take advantage of the Health Department's nicotine patch and gum giveaway. The offer is good until Tuesday, May 15th only. Over 1 million New Yorker still smoke, but nine of out ten want to quit. Quitting isn't easy and the nicotine patch can double the chances of quitting successfully. ### | |
