WHAT:

In celebration of Valentine's Day, which is also National Condom Day, the New York City Health Department will be joined by health advocates to present its newly developed NYC Condom.

Volunteers will distribute free condoms on 5th Avenue at 50th Street starting immediately after the press conference.
