Join PCIP

The Primary Care Information Project has helped over 6,400 providers adopt and use EHRs to improve health care delivery and patient outcomes.

Providers who want to participate in the Primary Care Information Project can access our programs and services by joining NYC REACH. You may qualify for subsidized EHR licenses or you can purchase an EHR from any of our preferred vendors. 

As NYC REACH members, providers have access to valuable training seminars and webinars, and educational tools and resources to help become Meaningful Users of EHRs and earn inventives if they qualify.
