Nurse Family Partnership: The Nurse-Family Partnership is a nurse home visiting program for women who are having their first baby. When you enroll in the program, a specially-trained nurse will visit you at home throughout your pregnancy and until your baby is 2 years old. These services are provided at no cost to you.

Newborn Home Visiting Program: The Newborn Home Visiting Program is a service is for all mothers – regardless of age or immigration status. A health worker will visit you at home to provide breastfeeding support and help create a safe and nurturing home for your family
