  • A background in public health will be helpful.
  • Users should know how to navigate the Internet.
• Each section should take approximately 30 minutes.
• The tutorials are best viewed by Internet Explorer, version 4.0 or higher.
• This tutorial uses frames. The content can be printed if this is a challenge.
