	Health Care Access and Improvement Child Health Insurance Program The Division of Health Care Access and Improvement will serve as coordinator for the Child Health Plus Program, which provides health insurance for working families who earn too much to receive Medicaid but who are unable to afford private insurance. Child Health Plus activities will include monitoring and evaluating outreach and enrollment efforts.
