Food Protection Course – Online Training
FREE FOR A LIMITED TIME
You're invited to learn more about food safety and the safety of your valued customers. To enhance your business this course is now free if finished by 6/30/08.
In order to
qualify for the fee waiver, participants must complete the online food
protection course and register for the Food Protection Certificate exam by June
30, 2008. The date offered for the exam may be after June 30, 2008.
This course satisfies the Health Code requirement that supervisors of food service establishments and non-retail food service establishments be certified as having completed a course in food protection. The course is also available in a classroom setting.
The online course is designed for individuals with busy schedules to study at their convenience. The course is divided into fifteen sections, each of which takes about an hour to complete. A short quiz is at the end of each section. This must be successfully completed before the next section is accessible.
An in-house final examination is scheduled at the end of the course.
Participants who complete this course and are successful at the final examination are issued certificates.
