Health Academy

Health Academy provides training and certification courses for individuals from the public as mandated by the New York City Health Code and to train Environmental Health Personnel in the principles of Environmental Sciences.

Food Protection – Classroom	Supervisors of Food service establishments and Non-Retail Food Processing Establishments
Food Protection – On-Line NEW	Supervisors of Food service establishments and Non-Retail Food Processing Establishments. The course is free and is now offered in Spanish, Chinese and English.
Food Protection for Mobile Vendors	Operators of Mobile Vending Food Units
Food Protection for Soup Kitchen Workers	Volunteers and other Workers in Soup Kitchens
Infection Control Training	Tattoo Artists
Swimming Pool Operation Technology	Operators of Swimming Pools
