Reducing the Barriers to Voluntary HIV Testing
New York City remains the epicenter of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the U.S. In November of 2007, grant funding through the Fund for Public Health in New York supported a day-long conference entitled Putting the Pieces Together: Routinizing HIV Testing in New York City to examine the barriers to mainstreaming voluntary HIV testing in primary care settings.
