Please Note: Richmond Chest Center located on Staten Island will be closing for patient intake as of June 1, 2013. All patients seeking service should be referred to the HHC’s Stapleton Family Health Center. The Stapleton Health Center is located at 111 Canal St. Staten Island, NY 10301.
