Children's health and well-being play a critical role in their ability to learn and to achieve their academic potential. Schools and child care settings are uniquely positioned to provide children and adolescents with the skills and support they need to adopt healthy behaviors.

Here's what the New York City Health Department is doing to support school and child care staff:

Elementary School Staff
