Media and Public Awareness Campaigns

"What's Your Plan?" poster campaign was developed and can be found on community billboards in many high-risk communities including South Bronx, Northern Manhattan, and Central Brooklyn. The campaign aims to educate children people with asthma and their caregivers about asthma action plans, written self-management plans that are recommended by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI).
