Dear Potential Bidder,
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) is soliciting bids from Vendors that can provide locksmith services on an as needed basis, in various buildings owned and operated by the Administrative Services Division of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene within the five (5) boroughs of New York City.
The term of the proposed contract resulting from the above-mentioned IFB will be for five (5) years, with no options to renewal, and is set to take effect on or about April 1st, 2007.
The value of the contract will be determined by the amount of the winning bid.
The above-mentioned IFB will be available for pick-up only at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of DOHMH Police, 2 Lafayette Street, 18th Floor, New York, N.Y. 10007 between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) beginning on January 12th, 2007 and continuing until the due date listed below. Prospective Bidders must have picture ID and must be able to identify themselves to the satisfaction of the DCAS Security Team and DOHMH Security Police. There is no fee for the bid package but we do request that you leave a business card when signing in for the IFB package.
The due date for the above-mentioned IFB is February 13th, 2007 at 11:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time). Please follow the instructions in Section III of the bid package. Submitted bid packages must be dropped off or delivered to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of the Agency Chief Contracting Officer, 93 Worth Street, Room 812, New York, NY 10013 by the indicated due date and time. Please do NOT return the bid package to the “2 Lafayette Street…10007” address. Please note that faxed or e-mailed bids shall not be accepted.
