The 2006 New York City Community Health Profiles capture the health of 42 New York City neighborhoods. Published in 2006, the data in the Profiles have become outdated, but they can still provide a valuable look information on significant health issues and can serve as a critical resource for improving health, community by community. Each profile is accompanied by a ready-to-use PowerPoint presentation (PPT highlights) to help in these efforts.
