Issuer's Allocation Percentage Reports are used to compute the investment allocation percentages for taxable periods for general corporation and unincorporated business taxpayers. For 2006 and prior, the lists include only those corporations whose issuer's allocation percentages are known to be less than 100 percent. For 2007, the lists include corporations whose issuer's allocation percentages are 100% or less.

A percentage of 99.99% is a default percentage, indicating that the issuers allocation percentage was not provided on the NYC general corporation tax return. Users of this report may access the New York State Department of Taxation & Finance website for the NYS IAP.
