	Rule-Making Actions and Regulatory Agenda Finance invites you to comment on proposed rules. The period for public comment ends thirty days from the date of initial publication. After consideration of the relevant comments presented, Finance shall publish the final rule which may include revisions based upon public or agency comments. Adoption of revisions based upon agency or public comment shall not require further notice and opportunity to comment. Finance is not required by law to respond to comments on proposed rules and comments will not be the subject of an e-mail reply.
