These files also have information such as neighborhood, building type, square footage and other data.  You can find Annualized Sales files here starting with 2003 when sales data was first listed on the public record.

The files are indexed by borough and neighborhood. We have provided the data in two file formats:

• PDF - a smaller, more universally accessible file requiring  Adobe Reader.
