Recorded Document Notification Sign up for the Recorded Document Notification Program so Finance can notify you, by mail or email, anytime a document is recorded against your property. This program can protect you against fraud by letting you know when a deed or mortgage-related document is recorded against your property without your knowledge. Children, spouses and domestic partners of property owners if they are a designee can also sign up for notification. In addition a managing agent, property owner’s attorney, lien holder, or executors/administrators of the owner’s estate can also sign up for notification.
