Rolling Sales
The
files are indexed by borough and neighborhood to facilitate easy lookups of
properties. We have provided the data in two file formats: PDF, a smaller, more
universally accessible file that requires the Adobe Reader, and XLS Microsoft
Excel Spreadsheets for users interested in creating their own sorts and
reports.

Annualized Rolling
Sales
In addition to listing detailed sales information for
the previous twelve-month period in all five boroughs, the Annualized Rolling
Sales Files list historical data dating back to 2003, the year in which sales
price information became public information.
