Other Agency Charges Collected by Finance
Finance serves as a billing agent and is responsible for collecting several charges (fines, fees, etc.) issued by other City and State agencies. Finance is not authorized to change these initial charges. We can only collect payments owed. If a taxpayer disagrees with a charge initiated by another agency, he or she must contact that agency directly. Information about the agency initiating the charge is provided with the billing statement.
