Tickets in Judgment
If a parking ticket remains unanswered and unpaid for
approximately 100 days the City can enter a default judgment against the registered owner. This means your vehicle can be towed and held until payment is made.

Reinstatement of a Previously Dismissed Ticket
Detailed information on summonses dismissed due to false evidence. In these cases Finance may restore the ticket and charge three times the original amount plus penalties.
