Pay a Red Light Camera Notice of Liability
The New York City Department of Transportation issues Notices of Liability (NOLs) to vehicles photographed going through red lights. Finance collects and processes NOL payments. PLEASE NOTE: All payments must be made in US currency or from a US bank. Foreign currency, checks, or credit card payments drawn from foreign banks will not be accepted.
The amount of money you send for Red Light Camera violations may not pay the total amount due. If your payment is more than 30 days past due, a $25.00 penalty will be added to the original fine.
