Commercial Overpayment Program
The Commercial Overpayment Program automatically provides companies having ten or more vehicles registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles under the same firm name and address with updates of any overpayments they have made for parking violations. Participants have the option of receiving refunds, applying overpayments to other unpaid parking tickets, or leaving the funds “on account” and available to pay for future fines.
