Commercial Adjudications

Note: Parking tickets are now being issued for parking tractor-trailers on residential streets between 9 PM and 5 AM. The initial fine is $265, but any additional tickets issued to the same owner within a six-month period are $515 each. 

Individuals who receive a parking ticket on a commercial vehicle should pay or argue the ticket as described on the back of the summons.

The Commercial Adjudications Unit (CAU) was started as a combined payment and adjudication center for businesses and commercial vehicle owners to settle their parking tickets.

Owners or operators of commercial vehicles who wish to have a hearing on multiple tickets issued to commercial vehicles must do so at the Commercial Adjudication Unit, not at the Borough Business Centers.

All CAU in-person hearings are by appointment only.
