You or your elgible representative can visit any Finance Business Center for a walk-in hearing on a first-come, first-served basis between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. No appointment is necessary. You do not need an attorney to represent you. Appearing at a Hearing Normally, the registered owner of a vehicle disputes his or her own parking ticket. However, an eligible representative can also dispute a parking ticket on your behalf.
