- Public Improvement Lien
This is also known as a Mechanic's Lien. Some individuals and businesses provide labor or materials to a contractor or subcontractor who was hired to perform public improvement construction for the City. These individuals may file a notice of Public Improvement Lien if they are not paid as agreed.
