To Request Copies of Your Filed Returns
Finance adheres to a strict policy of tax secrecy. Only the taxpayer or the taxpayer’s authorized representative may view a tax return.

When the return has been retrieved, a fee of $1 per page will be charged. Returns will only be mailed to the address on file for the business.

Please include the following information:

• Name of business,
• Tax identification number (EIN or SSN),
• Tax type,
• Tax year or period, and
• The name and telephone number of a contact.

Authorized Representatives: If you are a representative of the business or taxpayer, a Power of Attorney from the taxpayer must be submitted with the request for the return(s).
