Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and Buildings Commissioner Robert D. LiMandri announced the opening of the NYC
Development Hub
― a state-of-the-art plan
review center where we're accelerating
the construction approval process and speeding up job creation. This
milestone makes New York one of the
first cities in the country to receive,
review and approve digital construction
plans. Located in Lower Manhattan,
the Hub is building upon
the success of this summer's Get It
Done. Together. program, which will
generate more than $1 billion in economic
activity. |
eFiling Expands to Minor Plumbing Projects

Licensed master plumbers, fire suppression contractors and oil burner installers may use eFiling for limited plumbing, sprinkler, standpipe and oil burner work. |
