Energy Code Reviews: NB + Alt-1 Applications

All new New Building and Alteration Type-1 applications are subject to a $220 fee to review for compliance with the New York City Energy Conservation Code. When submitting a drawing package for an NB or an Alt-1 filing, applicants must provide an additional set of drawings. Professionally certified projects are subject to this requirement. The review for Energy Code will happen concurrently with regular plan examination and all objections must be resolved prior to approval.
