NEW! Construction Codes Clean-Up Bill (2,421 kb): This bill, passed by the City Council on February 27th, 2008, amends the new NYC Construction Codes to make non-substantive but necessary corrections to errors and ommissions.

LOCAL LAWS 33/2007 and 99/2005

The NYC Construction Codes (LL 33/2007 and LL 99/2005) and the Memo In Support for LL 33/2007 are available in a variety of formats below. This Local Law will not take effect until July, 2008.

New NYC Construction Codes - LL 33/2007 (1 mb)
This document begins with Local Law enactment language followed by Administrative provisions. Following the Administrative provisions, you will find enactment language related to the I-Codes (PC, BC, MC and FGC). The Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes are organized through a series of hyperlinks near the end of the document.
