The NYC Construction Codes (LL 33/2007 and LL 99/2005) and the Memo In Support for LL 33/2007 are available in a variety of formats below. This Local Law will not take effect until July, 2008.

The Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes are organized through a series of hyperlinks near the end of the document.
