Site Safety Coordinator Certification Renewal

Submit the following documents by mail to:

Licensing Unit
NYC Department of Buildings
280 Broadway, 6th floor
New York, NY 10007

  • Original, typewritten LIC2 License Application

  • Copy of Site Safety Manager refresher course completion certificate (course must have been taken within two years prior to renewal)

  • One 2x2 current photograph (passport size)

  • $50 fee payment (check or money order only).  If paying by check, make sure to include your address.

To avoid a late fee, renewal applications must be submitted 30-60 days before the expiration date indicated on the license card.
