MC2 Mast Climber Device Application
For approval and subsequent re-registration of an individual mast climber; to be submitted by the mast climber owner. Supportive documents shall include a listing of critical components, owner’s certification, and disclosure of the mast climber’s history. Shall be re-submitted each time the mast climber is proposed to be used in New York City.
