The Department of Buildings’ Boiler Division oversees the installation and operation of New York City’s boilers. Property owners are responsible for ensuring that their boilers operate safely and are in compliance with the Building Code and all related regulations.

2013 Boiler Inspection Cycle: January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013. Low Pressure Boilers and High Pressure Boiler Internal and External Inspections must be performed and filed with the department during this cycle.

2012 Boiler Inspection Cycle: November 16, 2011 to December 31, 2012.
