To establish a procedure for the submission of emergency PRA'S during the heating season

Specifics: 

In order to facilitate processing for emergency repairs to heating systems during the winter seasons the Department of Buildings will accept PRA'S by messenger service or express overnight mail immediate processing.

This method of filing will be in effect from October 1 to March 31.

1. Applications should be mailed to or dropped off at:

   Department of Buildings

   PRA Division

   60 Hudson Street

   New York, NY 10013

   (Envelopes should be marked "EMERGENCY HEAT REPAIRS")

   Applications should include:

3. A self-addressed stamped envelope.

4. A certified check or money order made payable to the New York City Department of Buildings for the required fees.
