New Fees

Effective:

April 13^th, 1998

Purpose:

To impose fees consistent with the amendment to Rule 14-04 entitled Fees Payable to the Department of Buildings. The amended rule establishes fees for the following:

• Issuance of Core Certificate of Completion
• Issuance of a Temporary Place of Assembly Permit for a Temporary Event
• Issuance of a Letter of No Objection.

Specifics:

 The Borough office shall collect the fees set forth in accordance with the specified guidelines. These fees are considered "special fees" for purposes of determining fee exemption status.

2. Issuance of Core Certificate of Completion

   A $100.00 fee will be collected prior to the issuance of a Core Certificate.

3. Issuance of a Temporary Place of Assembly Permit

   When an applicant files for a Temporary Place of Assembly Permit for a Temporary Event, the Borough office will collect a $250.00 fee. An additional $100 per day shall be charged if the written request is received less than ten (10) business days prior to the event for which the permit is required. The receipt date of the written request shall be counted as one of the ten business days.

4. Issuance of Letter of No Objection or Classification of specified occupancy of a premises

All of the fees will be accepted at the Express Cashier prior to the issuance of the approval on document.
