This OPPN amends OPPN # 2/91 dated January 9, 1991.

Purpose:

To ensure the proper procedure for complaints received and violations issued by the Department regarding public school buildings.

Specifics:

Complaints regarding public school buildings in the New York City School District ("public school buildings") received by the Department and DOB violations issued by the Department for violations at public school buildings shall not be subject to the administrative cancellation procedures set forth in OPPN 2/91 dated January 9, 1991.
