Finding a Certificate of Occupancy (CO)

Steps 

1. Enter the Building Information Search area of the Buildings Information System (BIS).
2. Click option "A" on BIS Menu

   

3. Enter Address on Building Information Search

   

4. Click "View Certificates of Occupancy" link to view all certificates issued.

   

5. Will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader (red circle) installed on browser. Click link for desired Certificate of Occupancy (black circle) to view.

   

6. Use Acrobat Reader software to magnify, print, etc.
