NYC Digital in partnership with the NYC Department of Small Business Services, launched the Small Business Digital Toolkit in the Fall of 2012. In addition to free training and online resources, the City of New York has produced a series of complimentary training videos to help small businesses build a presence online, engage customers and expand using strategic social media engagement. The videos provide small businesses with the basic Do’s and Don’ts of building a social media strategy.
