DHS seeks proposals to develop and operate several different types of facilities. This is an open-ended request for proposals, therefore, there is no prescribed due date for submissions. All proposals will be reviewed by the agency on an on-going basis as received.  You may submit a proposal to develop and operate the following:

• New Stand-Alone Transitional Residences For Homeless Single Adults 
• New Stand-Alone Transitional Residences For Homeless Families 
• New Stand-Alone Drop-In Centers For Homeless Adults 
• New Cluster Transitional Residences For Families
