DFTA issues NORC Program Concept Paper

Prior to the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NORC) Program, the NYC Department for the Aging (DFTA) has issued a Concept Paper that presents the Department’s approach to this essential program. The Concept Paper describe as the types of NORC program that DFTA seeks to fund and various elements of program design as well as other information of interest to potential proposers. We invite your review and comment.

Pre-Qualification to Provide Senior Center Services

Any organization interested in applying to provide congregate services to older adults must be prequalified in order to participate in the procurement process. Organizations may apply for pre-qualification at any time.
