Critical Factors in the Successful Utilization of Senior Center Meals. The Department's Center for Organization Development and Training examined the critical factors influencing senior center meals utilization. To identify these factors the authors of the study spoke to senior center directors, sponsors, staff, and seniors. After reading the study please look at Appendix E, "Working Handbook of Practice Suggestions." Email the Department with best practices to include in future editions.
