Watershed Recreation Newsletter

This publication is designed to communicate with the more than 85,000 DEP Access Permit holders who use designated areas of New York City’s watershed lands for hiking, fishing, deer hunting and other passive recreation activities. The success of DEP's public access program continues to rely in large part on the actions of those who spend time on these lands. We hope that the information in this newsletter will allow recreational users to help DEP maintain water quality throughout the Croton, Catskill and Delaware reservoir systems.
