Already registered? DEP has changed the way customers access their online payment account. All online payment users will now use the My DEP Account button in the upper right corner of this page. The My DEP Account button provides customers with access to both online bill pay and automated meter reading (AMR), if AMR has been installed on their property. Current online payment users will be asked to create a new access code when they sign in for the first time. This access code is an added level of security that will further protect our customers’ personal information.
