NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 16 OF TITLE 15 OF THE RULES OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK:RULES FOR THE RECREATIONAL USE OF WATER SUPPLY LANDS AND WATERS

IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 1043(b) OF THE NEW YORK CITY CHARTER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of the Department of Environmental Protection to amend §16-02, §16-03, §16-04, §16-05, §16-06, §16-07, §16-12 and §16-19 of Chapter 16 of Title 15 of the Rules of the City of New York, the DEP Rules for the Recreational Use of Water Supply Lands and Waters.
