Home Water Assistance Program
DEP has partnered with the NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA) to select qualified one- to four- family homeowners who received the Home Energy Assistance Program Regular Heating Benefit for the 2013-2014 heating season. Each qualified homeowner received a one-time, non-refundable credit of $115.89.

Water Debt Assistance Program
Water Debt Assistance Program is a new initiative that will temporarily relieve qualified homeowners who are at risk of mortgage foreclosure of past-due water and sewer debt.
