Westchester Creek CSO Long Term Control Plan (LTCP)

DEP will be completing a Long-Term Control Plan (LTCP) to better understand CSO impacts on wa-ter quality and related recreational uses Westchester Creek and Pugsley Creek. To learn more about the these watersheds, improvement projects already implemented in the Westchester Creek watershed and the future development of the Westchester Creek LTCP, click here.

The Westchester Creek LTCP has not been submitted yet. DEP will be conducting public outreach throughout the LTCP development process. Check back often for public participation materials and meeting announcements.
