Hutchinson River CSO Long Term Control Plan (LTCP)
DEP will start working on a Long-Term Control Plan (LTCP) to better understand CSO impacts on water quality and related recreational uses in the Hutchinson River. The Hutchinson River LTCP was submitted to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) on September 30, 2014. DEP will be conducting public outreach throughout the LTCP development process. Check back often for public participation materials and meeting announcements.
