	Asbestos Rules and Regulations


	New rules governing the abatement of asbestos have been promulgated and will be phased in commencing October 13th. The first phase will cover only certain abatement jobs. The full set of rules will apply to all abatement jobs and will take effect November 13th. New Asbestos Rules and Regulations commencing November 13, 2009
