Boiler Registrations Clean Air Tracking System (CATS) – Boiler Registrations
DEP’s Clean Air Tracking System (CATS), a new online process for building owners submitting new applications or renewals for boilers, expedites registration and tracking of new boiler registrations and renewals, and enables online payments. Building owners can apply for and obtain registrations online, saving them multiple visits to city agency offices.
Create a New Account In order to get a boiler registration/certificate to operate, new applicants must register first to set up an account with DEP.

Inspection Request to Obtain a Certification of Operation (AR365) Submit for inspection to obtain a Certificate of Operation. The request for original inspection must be submitted by a Licensed Professional (PE / LOBI).

Industrial Process Questionnaire (AR-510) Questionnaire that is to be submitted to the Department should you require assistance in determining which application process you should follow.
Industrial and Process Source Registrations
Registration for Industrial Processes Registration form for industrial processes that have “C” rated contaminants or better and has a heat input greater than or equal to 350,000 Btu/hr and less than 2.8 Million Btu/hr or has emissions under 2,000 CFM.
